Blonda Network is a commercial cleaning and building maintenance company based in Manchester, working across Greater Manchester, Lancashire, Merseyside, Cheshire and further afield. We look after offices, schools, factories, warehouses, retail parks, listed buildings and vehicle fleets.
The two sides go together. Clearing a gutter tells you whether the liner has failed; cleaning a roof shows you where the laps are corroding. We do both, so a problem gets reported and priced rather than cleaned over.
Nearly everything we do happens on a site that cannot stop. That shapes how we work: shutdown windows planned to the hour, exclusion zones agreed with your team, RAMS issued before the first visit and access methods that avoid scaffolding wherever they safely can.
You get a fixed written price, a named account manager, and one invoice covering every service and every site.

They quoted for the gutters, then told us the real problem was a split joint above the loading bay and priced that separately rather than clearing it and walking away. That is the reason they still have the contract three years later.
Common questions
Greater Manchester, Lancashire, Merseyside and Cheshire as standard, and we travel further for multi-site contracts. Manchester, Liverpool, Preston, Warrington, Chester, Bolton, Blackpool and Lancaster are all regular territory.
Both. Plenty of clients start with a single deep clean or an emergency call-out. If it makes sense to put it on a schedule afterwards we will say so, and if it does not, we will say that too.
Usually within one working day of a site visit or a set of photos. Emergency work such as flood or fire damage is priced on attendance so the clean-up can start immediately.
Yes. Full public liability and employers' liability cover, with certificates available on request, plus site-specific risk assessments and method statements issued before the first visit.
Yes, and for most of our clients that is the arrangement. Nights, early mornings, weekends, school holidays and planned shutdowns are all normal for us.
Where we work
We are based in Manchester and cover the whole of the North West from here. For roof work and multi-site contracts we travel nationally, and have worked on sites from Bristol to Leicester. If your site is not on the list, ask anyway.
