Dirty glazing is the first thing a visitor notices and the last thing anyone on site has time to sort out. We clean commercial glazing on a schedule you set, at a fixed price per visit, so it stops being something you have to think about.
Most of our work is done with pure water reach-and-wash poles. Deionised water dries without spotting, so there are no ladders leaning against your cladding, no detergent running down the walls, and no scaffolding cost. Where a building is too tall or too awkward for poles, we bring in powered access platforms.
Buildings we clean
We work across office blocks, retail units, car showrooms, schools and colleges, hotels, hospitals, distribution units and factory office blocks. Frontages, atriums, curtain walling, internal partitions and skylights are all covered.
Multi-site clients get one point of contact and one consolidated invoice. If you run twelve branches across the North West, you get one schedule and one monthly bill rather than twelve separate arrangements.
Working around your business
Retail and hospitality sites usually want us before opening. Offices often prefer a lunchtime or evening slot so there is nobody at a desk behind the glass being cleaned. Schools are almost always inset days and holidays. We build the schedule around whichever of those fits, and we stick to it.
You get a named account manager, a copy of the RAMS before the first visit, and a photo record after each clean if you want one for your facilities file.
What is included
Every clean covers the same scope, whether it is a weekly retail unit or a quarterly office tower.

Frames, sills and doors
Glass alone looks half done. Frames, sills, transoms and entrance doors are cleaned on every visit at no extra cost.

Pure water, no residue
Deionised water leaves no detergent film, so glass stays clean noticeably longer between visits.

Height access sorted
Reach-and-wash to roughly 20 metres, powered access platforms above that. We arrange the access, you do not.

Full public liability cover, method statements and site-specific risk assessments issued before we arrive.
How a first clean is set up

Site visit or photos
We look at height, access, glazing type and anything awkward like a live loading bay or a listed frontage.

Fixed written quote
A price per visit and per frequency, with nothing added later for frames or access equipment.

First clean and reset
The first visit usually takes longer and costs more if glazing has been neglected. After that it settles to the standard rate.

Scheduled visits
Weekly, fortnightly, monthly, quarterly or ad hoc, at a time that suits the site.

Frequently asked questions
It depends on the number of panes, the height and how easy the access is. A small high street unit might be £25 a visit; a four storey office block on a monthly schedule is usually £150 to £400. We give a fixed written price after a site visit or a few photos, and it does not change unless the scope does.
Retail frontages and glazed entrances usually need fortnightly or monthly attention because they take handprints and road spray. Upper floors on an office block are normally fine quarterly. Sites near a main road, a building site or the coast need more frequent visits than a sheltered business park.
Rarely. Reach-and-wash poles handle roughly four storeys from the ground. Above that we use a MEWP, which is far cheaper and quicker to mobilise than scaffolding.
Yes. Early mornings, evenings and weekends are all available, and there is no premium on the rate for most sites. Occupied offices are often easier to do out of hours anyway.
Yes. We hold full public liability cover and issue site-specific risk assessments and method statements before the first visit. Copies go straight to your facilities or H&S contact.
