Blonda Network started in 2018 cleaning windows on industrial units around Greater Manchester. Clients kept asking whether we could also sort the gutters, then the cladding, then the car park, and the business grew by saying yes and then learning to do each one properly.
Today we are a commercial cleaning and building maintenance contractor covering the North West, with teams trained for work at height, specialist stone cleaning and soot removal. The original habit has not changed: we would rather tell you the truth about a roof than sell you a clean it does not need.
The business traded as Blonda Cleaning from 2018 and incorporated as Blonda Network Ltd in 2023 as it grew. Same team, same work, same number to ring.
How we work
Every job starts with someone actually looking at the site, either in person or through photos detailed enough to be useful. Quoting a roof clean from a postcode alone is guesswork, and guesswork is where variations come from.
Once you accept a quote you get a named account manager, RAMS issued before the first visit, and a schedule that fits around your operating hours rather than ours. If something changes on site, you have one number to ring.
We keep our own equipment and employ our own operatives. Sub-contracting is rare and always declared, because a client who has vetted us has not vetted somebody else.

Comprehensive public liability and employers' liability cover, with certificates available on request. Our operatives are trained and accredited for the work they carry out.
COSHH assessments are held for every product we use, and waste is transferred under a licensed carrier arrangement.
We are happy to complete PQQ and supplier onboarding paperwork. Send it over and we will turn it around rather than lose your job to a form.
