Our web server records standard technical information including IP address, browser type and the pages requested. If you accept analytics cookies, we also collect anonymised usage data through Google Analytics.

We use Google reCAPTCHA to prevent automated spam submissions. Google may collect hardware and software information for that purpose, governed by Google's own privacy policy.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted after 24 months. Client records are kept for seven years after the end of the relationship, to meet HMRC and insurance requirements.

Analytics data is retained for 14 months. Server logs are kept for 90 days.

Who we share it with

Our website host (Hostinger), our email provider and, where relevant, our accounting software provider. Each processes data on our instructions under a written agreement.

We disclose information to a third party outside that list only where we are legally required to.
