You do not need any of this to get in touch, but sending it with the first message usually saves a site visit.

Three or four shots of the area, including one from far enough back to show access and height.

Travel and access both depend on where the site is, so a postcode firms the price up immediately.

Rough size
Square metres, number of panes, number of vehicles or elevation length. An estimate is fine.

Frequency
Whether this is a one-off or something you want on a schedule changes the rate considerably.
